About Us

Self-Paced Science grew from 30 years combined teaching experience in a large, urban district. We implemented self-pacing in our science classes and were shocked when student engagement and comprehension increased exponentially!

Now, we can't imagine teaching any other way.

Our mission is to grow a love of learning in our students and to grow creativity. We hope to help educators move to self-paced classrooms where kids take ownership of their learning, find answers to their questions and make connections between science and their lives.
